Funding Intelligence & Grant Readiness
Designed and implemented a funding intelligence system to strengthen Voces Latinas’ long-term fundraising capacity. Conducted comprehensive funding research, developed a customized grant tracking database, and identified more than 14 funding opportunities aligned with the organization’s mission and strategic priorities. The project established a sustainable process for researching, organizing, and managing grant opportunities, strengthening the organization’s readiness to pursue future funding.
Intercambios Website
Designed and built by our team, www.icambios.com communicates who we are and how we work through thoughtful storytelling, motion graphics, an interactive map showcasing our national and international partnerships, and an accessible user experience — all working together to strengthen leadership, narrative, and systems, without sacrificing cultura.
Supporting Men in Healing from Sexual Violence
Co-authored the national publication Supporting Men in Healing from Sexual Violence: Tip Sheets in collaboration with the National Sexual Violence Resource Center and Just Detention International. Authored the opening framework, “Walking with Men in Their Healing Journey,” which introduces a healing-centered, culturally responsive approach to supporting male survivors of sexual violence and establishes the guiding principles for the resource. The publication equips advocates with practical strategies to strengthen engagement, safety, and healing for diverse communities of men.
Narrative Change for Child Advocacy Fellows
Designed and facilitated a narrative change learning experience that helped Child Advocacy Fellows critically examine dominant narratives and strengthen communication strategies that foster belonging, challenge harmful frames, and amplify community strengths.
Healing Justice & Communities of Care
Co-designed and co-facilitated a healing justice learning experience with 10 partners of United Voices for Justice, exploring the intersections of racism, interpersonal violence, and the criminal legal system. Together, participants developed strategies for coalition building, communities of care, and healing-centered systems change.
Community Listening & Strategic Research
Partnered with the Director of ResourceWell to strengthen the platform’s long-term strategy through community-centered research and engagement. Co-designed community listening sessions, developed research protocols and surveys, gathered insights from consultants, nonprofit organizations, and funders, and translated findings into actionable recommendations to strengthen the consultant experience, organizational partnerships, platform growth, and long-term sustainability. The work combined participatory research, strategic planning, and community engagement to help shape ResourceWell’s future direction.
Black Impact Strategies Branding
We partnered with Black Impact Strategies to shape the branding (visual identity and the brand narrative) honoring the organization’s roots. Inspired by the richness of the African diaspora, the visual system combines contemporary design with symbolic patterns, organic textures, and a vibrant color palette that communicates strength, community, and transformation.
Enhancing Services for Male-Identified Survivors of Domestic Violence Convening
Partnered with the National Resource Center on Domestic Violence to design and facilitate a national convening that advanced inclusive, survivor-centered approaches for supporting male-identified survivors of domestic violence through peer learning and collective problem-solving.
DVSA Communities Rebranding & Website
We redesigned DVSA Communities’ website and visual identity to create a safer, more accessible online experience for survivors, partners, and the broader community. From bilingual navigation to an always-visible Quick Exit feature, every element was intentionally designed to prioritize trust and ease of access while helping visitors find the information and support they need.
Liberation Magic – Landing Page
We partnered with Brujas School to bring Liberation Magic, a 13-week spiritually grounded journey. The landing page captures the depth and energy of the program while giving visitors a clear path to explore the experience, understand what makes it different, and enroll.

Co-designed a healing-centered equity readiness assessment and supported five Benefits Enrollment Centers through research, coaching, technical assistance, site visits, customized learning experiences, a virtual Equity Hub, instructional videos, dashboards, and implementation tools. The work integrated healing as a core dimension of organizational equity while strengthening leadership, culture, partnerships, and service delivery. Co-led with: Zahara Consulting, LLC and QPOC Labs.

Over a three-month engagement, we built a centralized information hub, developed a customized grant-tracking database in Excel, administered surveys to precisely match funding opportunities to the organization’s mission and strategic priorities, and identified more than 18 funding opportunities. The result: a sustainable, repeatable process for researching, organizing, and pursuing grant opportunities, positioning the organization for long-term funding readiness.

We designed and developed Zahara Consulting’s website to communicate the strength and clarity of their work. Through thoughtful design, intuitive navigation, and an accessible user experience, the site helps organizations explore their services, understand their approach, and connect with their team.
Self.Inevitable
Inspired on Davian Gagne’s Filipino roots and coaching philosophy, we designed the landing page for self.inevitable, a transformative coaching journey empowering Black and brown leaders to reconnect with their inner wisdom, embrace their true power, and return to their whole selves.
Building Communities of Care
What began as a series of healthy relationships workshops evolved into a three-year partnership with Carlow University. Together, we co-created strategies to engage men and boys, strengthen trauma-informed and healing-centered approaches to gender-based violence prevention, and foster a campus culture rooted in care, belonging, and accountability. The partnership culminated in a three-day Communities of Care initiative that brought together students, faculty, and staff through interactive workshops and narrative change strategies designed to build lasting community capacity.
Latine Domestic Violence Prevention Campaign & Toolkit
Healing Roots is PCADV’s first customizable domestic violence prevention campaign co-created with and for the Latine community. Built through Tejiendo Redes, a sub-campaign inviting leaders to collaborate, community surveys, and advisory groups. The campaign includes digital and printable materials and an illustrated toolkit offering practical strategies for culturally sensitive outreach.
Racial Justice & Community Planning
Served as a featured panelist at the AIDS United Midwest Learning Symposium, contributing to a regional dialogue on racial justice, health equity, and community engagement in HIV prevention planning. Shared strategies for strengthening trust, shifting power dynamics, and increasing the leadership of Black, Indigenous, and other communities of color in community planning processes to improve equitable access to HIV prevention services.
Participatory Masculinities Research & Community Campaign
Co-designed a multi-phase participatory research initiative and community campaign with Latino men and local partners in rural Comerío, Puerto Rico. Designed and facilitated staff training on healthy masculinities, followed by a healing-centered dialogue circle with local men whose insights informed community-driven messaging, custom illustrations rooted in the local context, and a QR-based engagement tool to identify men’s needs and priorities.
Sexual Trauma, HIV & Healing
Partnered with the Texas Department of State Health Services to co-facilitate a learning session at the Texas State HIV/AIDS Conference alongside Dr. Josie Serrata. The session explored the intersections of sexual trauma, HIV, and healing, equipping health and community professionals with culturally responsive, trauma-informed approaches to supporting survivors, reducing HIV risk, and strengthening healing-centered care across HIV prevention and service systems.
Pa Safe Law campaign Adaptation
We adapted the messaging, redesigned print and digital materials, and developed a multilingual campaign across a multi-channel strategy — bus ads, billboards, and Google Ads — for PA Safe LAW, a civil legal information initiative of PCADV, ensuring vital information was accessible, clear, relevant, and familiar to the communities it was meant to reach.

Federal Grant Development & Program Design
Partnered with Survivors Pathway to co-design a survivor-centered program, develop its concept and identity, conduct research and data analysis, and write competitive federal grant proposals aligned with the organization’s vision and community needs. The collaboration resulted in the organization’s first federal award from the Office on Violence Against Women (OVW).

Laboratorio de Sanación – Landing Page
We designed and developed the landing page for Laboratorio de Sanación, a six-month leadership and healing journey created by Intercambios. The page introduces the program with clarity and warmth, helping prospective participants understand the experience, explore what they’ll gain, and confidently take the next step.
Letting Go of a Really Good Thing – Book Cover
We partnered with Dr. Aleese Moore-Orbih to design the book cover for Letting Go of a Really Good Thing, capturing the heart of the book before readers turn the first page. Through imagery that celebrates freedom and self-love, the illustration reflects Black women across generations and identities.
