I am a mother, a Colombian woman of rural origin, and a therapist who has been supporting women for nine years. I have interdisciplinary interests that intersect art, sexual and mental health, education, and mysticism. One of my main purposes in life is to shake off the shame associated with the body and help other women do the same. I aim to approach and help others approach pleasure, the innate pleasure that resides in the muscular fibers of our wombs, which give birth to life, creation, and self-management.
I currently work in individual consultations using various therapeutic techniques, and I am currently enrolled in a Somatic Experience Certification program specifically focused on the release of trauma that has been isolated in our bodies. I view my therapeutic work as a compassionate and revolutionary endeavor in a world that increasingly invites us to be more isolated, individualized, and narcissistic.
