All the strategies listed above are offered at Intercambios, but at the core of our work is Healing and Economic Justice. Depending on the project, we may enlist other cultural partners throughout the United States and Latin America to integrate a more intentional learning space. We are fully bilingual – Spanish and English.

Training and workshops
Because white supremacy, patriarchy, and capitalism threaten healing and economic justice for cultural leaders, we offer customized sessions ranging from interactive 60-minute sessions to full-day workshops.Â
These sessions are designed to help you pause, reflect, and strategize how to dismantle these systems within your organization. Our offerings can be tailored to your needs and range from single sessions to in-depth, multilayered training programs. All trainings are filtered through a feminist, queer, critical race, and cultural pedagogy lens. For more intentional projects, we accompany organizations on their journey of transformation- what we call a “walking with” approach.

Our program supports individuals and institutions in dismantling patriarchal structures. We provide healing strategies and thought partnership to aid your journey towards gender equality, rooted in continual awareness, questioning, action, and collective critical learning.
Individual and Collective Healing:
We serve as coaches and facilitators of somatic healing, anchoring our approach in L.I.T, which represents Liberation, Inner work, and Transformation.Â
By addressing the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit, we provide a comprehensive healing framework that centers on cultural leaders’ experiences, histories, and needs, particularly those historically marginalized and excluded. With over six years of experience in building healing communities integrating leadership development, Intercambios provides customized approaches for individual coaching, staff development, and the facilitation of healing retreats.
Fundraising
We assist organizations in establishing and enhancing revenue strategies, fostering cultural partnerships across the US, Puerto Rico, and Latin America, providing support in establishing efficient systems and processes for grant management, and fostering radical connections to strategize collective action aimed at educating funders about the needs of cultural organizations.Â
Central to our fundraising philosophy is healing. Our services are tailored to provide comprehensive support and accompaniment to cultural leaders throughout the entire grant process.
