About us!

Our experience and research show that cultural leaders are not surviving, whether in for or non-profit sectors. But despite the violence (systematic oppression, economic injustice, hiding, marginalization, code-switching, workplace bullying, etc.), cultural leaders are resilient and have survived through generations.

Our logo, inspired by the Quipu, represents the diversity of communication and resiliency. Incas and many Andean cultures, used Quipus, a system of knotted strings that stored data and communicated information. Many say that they were like early computers, early counting machines. Just as our ancestors found ways to communicate beyond the written language and adapt, we continue to overcome workplace obstacles.

“Surviving and adapting should not be the norm, so we aim to transform the workplace radically.”

Intercambios, pronounced “interkambios”, is more than just an exchange of ideas and experiences. As a cultural and bilingual enterprise, we go beyond surface-level solutions to identify the root cause of misalignment and develop customized goals to achieve alignment. This requires action and a deep understanding of cultural narratives. We look at every culture from the inside and ask what is essential or particular important to that culture.

“It is about upbuilding, not rebuilding” Tiloma Jayasinghe

“Diversity is a win for all of us. By embracing diversity and inclusivity, workplaces can create new opportunities for growth and success.”

We stand ready to partner with organizations, for/non-profit, individuals, leaders/visionaries, and founders in cultivating a workplace that values the well-being and safety of everyone.

Give your staff and team the tools to reach their full capacity and maximize diversity through training and individualized consulting.
